
About This Job
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Acting as a point of contact for all enquiries and requests relating to or submitted to the Compliance Department.
• Managing and addressing communication received by the Department and following up as necessary.
• Maintaining, organising, modifying and updating files, records and systems pertaining to or used by the Department.
• Liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of the Department, particularly the Executive Police, Transport Malta and LESA.
• Completing policy forms and other documentation as required.
• Managing administrative processes related to contraventions and traffic fines.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance Department.
• Assisting the Department in meeting its operational and administrative requirements.
• Carrying out duties assigned by the Head of Compliance and the Compliance Manager.
• Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.
Requirements:
• Ordinary Level standard of education. ECDL qualification or equivalent computer literacy certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Professional approach when dealing with confidential information and external stakeholders.
The following will be considered an asset:
• Experience in a similar administrative role.
• Ability to speak and understand Maltese.
• Experience liaising with public authorities or regulatory entities.
