The interview process:

• Stage 1 Motivation Call: A 30‑minute chat focused on your goals and what you want next in your career.
• Stage 2 Interview + Roleplay: A practical session to show your coachability and experience the role in action.
• Stage 3 Director Conversation: A final discussion to explore our culture, leadership style, and long‑term growth.
• Offer Timeline: Full process completed within 2–3 weeks, with a decision within 2 days of the final stage. We guarantee feedback within 48 hours at every step.
