As a Systems Support Specialist, you will collaborate with First Line Support, development and infrastructure teams, giving you the possibility to extend your troubleshooting knowledge, incident management and systems support expertise. Become part of a large and experienced IT department, working alongside technical specialists across multiple areas of technology. You will gain hands-on exposure to troubleshooting business-critical applications across Windows environments, Oracle databases, SQL procedures and APIs within a complex and regulated technology environment, giving you to contribute to a modern enterprise technology environment and expand your capabilities.

You will:

• Deliver System Support and related business-critical applications.
• Investigate incidents received from First Line Support and identify the underlying cause.
• Troubleshoot Windows-based applications and Oracle databases using SQL.
• Support backend applications, APIs, HR portals and iOS and Android applications.
• Analyse, maintain and rewrite complex operational scripts supporting daily business processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and other technical teams to resolve complex incidents.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of experience within Application Support, Software Support or a similar technical support position.
• Understanding of SQL, with hands-on exposure to Oracle databases and procedures.
• Experience with APIs, backend or mobile applications, and development.
