    	        	Our client, a top-tier law firm in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Corporate &amp;amp; M&amp;amp;A Associate to join its team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Assist in local and international M&amp;amp;A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support and contribute to due diligence projects, preparing concise, high-level reports for global clients.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft and review corporate and transactional documentation with precision and strategic insight.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance issues.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise with foreign legal counsel and professional advisers on cross-border transactions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with partners and senior associates on multi-jurisdictional corporate projects.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A warranted lawyer with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong academic credentials and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Previous experience with international transactions or corporate advisory work will be considered an asset.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent written and spoken English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in corporate law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
