The experience you bring:

• 1-5 years in a business sales role – ideally B2B or B2C, phone-based, target or commission-oriented (a plus) from any industry
• Willing to perform in a meritocratic environment
• EU passport holder and ready to relocate to Malta
• Fluent English speaker

Salary + benefits:

• Total Compensation on average for year 1 €36000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
• Total Compensation on average for year 2 €51000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
• Performance Bonus and Quarter Bonuses
