We're looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who doesn't just want another sales role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a market.

The Opportunity

You'll focus on introducing Swiss pharmaceutical companies to Archer's specialist IT recruitment services. Specifically, you'll be developing relationships that lead to contract recruitment partnerships.

This role is for people who:

• Love outbound sales and business development (1-3 years of experience as SDR, BDR, Outbound Sales Specialist)
• Enjoy opening doors and creating opportunities and see challenges as opportunities
• English speakers (German speakers are a plus!)
• EU passport holders and ready to relocate to the Mediterranean
