We are looking for a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist to join our team, with a focus on Candela laser hair removal treatments (training provided). The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client care, maintaining high treatment standards, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Perform treatments safely and effectively.
Conduct thorough client consultations and assess suitability for treatments.
Explain treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and expected results.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained according to safety standards.
Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety protocols at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Promote additional beauty treatments and retail products where appropriate.
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Requirements
- Recognized Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 4 Beauty Therapy or equivalent accredited beauty course).
- Previous experience performing laser hair removal treatments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Maltese is essential
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
