At Archer IT Recruitment, we’re expanding our teams and looking for ambitious people with a sales mindset to join us as Recruitment Consultants or Business Development Executives. If you have experience working with KPIs, targets, or outbound activity, this could be your next big step.

Your first 6 months' journey with us:

• Months 1–3 - You learn the role while doing it, build trust with clients and candidates, and close your first deals with full support.
• Month 3+ - You start running the sales process independently, consistently hit KPIs, and move toward your first promotion.
• Month 6+ - You take on more responsibility, grow your deal flow and commission, and progress through our promotion levels.

If you have: 1-5 years of sales experience, or exposure to a corporate environment with KPIs, or worked in an outbound proactive environment,

Salary + benefits:

• Total Compensation year 1 on average: €36000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
• Total Compensation year 3 on average: €52000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
