This junior Business Analyst position is designed for someone who wants to strengthen their requirements-gathering and project delivery skills in a practical environment. You will contribute to the development of user stories and collaborate with stakeholders and technology colleagues to help translate business requirements into effective solutions. Using tools such as Jira and Confluence, you will develop hands-on experience with modern delivery practices while building a strong foundation for progression into more senior Business Analysis roles.

You will:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Create and maintain user stories
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Support project delivery activities

Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience creating user stories and documenting business requirements within technology or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €35,000 plus health insurance
