This Business Analyst opportunity offers the chance to join one of Malta's most established insurance organisations as they continue to invest in business and digital transformation initiatives across their Life, Non-Life, and Digital divisions. Following a recent IT reorganisation the company has strengthened its Demand Team, giving you an excellent opportunity as Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering new products, business improvements, and technology-driven change.

Joining the Life team, you will become part of a collaborative environment where Business Analysts are heavily involved throughout the full project lifecycle. From gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders to supporting testing and user adoption, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad skillset while working on projects that have a visible impact across the organisation.

The business is actively evolving its delivery approach, embracing Agile practices and modern project methodologies while maintaining the stability and structure of a well-established enterprise environment. This role offers strong exposure to both business and technology stakeholders, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career within Business Analysis and eventually progress towards Project Management or other leadership positions.

You will:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed User Stories using Jira.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Jira experience, including User Story creation.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 – €45,000 + Hybrid Working + Canteen Allowance + Birthday Leave + Corporate Social Activities + Strong Career Progression
