• You’ve spent 1+ years in the B2B sales trenches (SDR, BDR, Lead Gen, Outbound Sales).
• You aren’t afraid of picking up the phone - you actually like the challenge of cold outreach and closing deals.
• You hold a valid EU passport and are ready for an adventure in Malta.
• You’re tired of being a number and ready to build a real legacy with a team that actually celebrates your wins.

Compensation: Base salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus – Average Total Compensation for year 1 €36k+ / Year 2 €51k+.
