What You’ll Do

As a Business Developer, you own the entire end-to-end commercial pipeline. You won't just be making calls; you'll be driving expansion and closing high-value accounts:

• Identify & Qualify: Map out high-growth tech and iGaming brands in Malta, pinpointing decision-makers who need top-tier IT talent.
• Initiate High-Impact Dialogue: Pitch our IT recruitment solutions directly to CTOs and Talent leads to solve their critical hiring bottlenecks.
• Execute the Deal: Lead negotiations and drive the sales cycle from initial pitch to signed recruitment agreement.
• Cultivate High-Value Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with key tech clients to secure repeat mandates and retainers.
