&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in an on-site office environment. Candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks, support facility upkeep, and follow safety and sanitation procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Daily cleaning:&lt;/strong&gt; Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces in assigned areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sanitation:&lt;/strong&gt; Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces following hygiene protocols.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Waste management:&lt;/strong&gt; Empty bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste/recycling in designated areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Surface care:&lt;/strong&gt; Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and fixtures; maintain cleanliness of furniture and equipment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Restocking:&lt;/strong&gt; Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Specialized tasks:&lt;/strong&gt; Perform occasional deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance (strip/wax) as required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Reporting:&lt;/strong&gt; Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow site-specific cleaning schedules, checklists, and health &amp;amp; safety regulations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Teamwork:&lt;/strong&gt; Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and shifts are covered as needed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Previous cleaning or janitorial experience at an associate level preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Language:&lt;/strong&gt; Basic working knowledge of English sufficient to understand instructions and safety information.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Physical ability:&lt;/strong&gt; Capable of standing, walking, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Attention to detail:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong focus on cleanliness, orderliness, and thoroughness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Reliability:&lt;/strong&gt; Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Time management:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet schedules.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Health &amp;amp; safety awareness:&lt;/strong&gt; Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (training can be provided).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Flexibility:&lt;/strong&gt; Willingness to work varying shifts or additional hours when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
