    	        	Our client, a modern legal frim, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Handling day-to-day legal tasks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;participating in cross-boarder transactions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advise on Corporate governance and regulatory matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing quality legal advice to clients and senior management.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A recognized legal qualification.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Corporate law experience.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Legal research and writing skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
