Credit Controller

The chosen candidates will be responsible for managing the timely collection of debts for all companies within the KPH Group.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing the outstanding balances of all companies and ensure timely collection of overdue amounts in line with agreed credit terms.
• Deliver an efficient credit control service through ongoing monitoring, reminders, and calls to customers with overdue amounts.
• Processing receipts and updating the accounting system
• Allocating receipts in customer accounts
• Perform reconciliation of balances with customers and handling queries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to management.

Requirements:

· Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Sound written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to use accounting system.

· Hands-on approach with the right attitude to work with minimal supervision.

· Analytical thinking and problem solving

· Action oriented

· Team player, who leaves a positive impact on fellow team members.

· Valid Maltese Driving License

· Maltese speaking

Experience

· Previous experience minimum of 2 years.
