&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We seeking to recruit a full-time customer service &amp;amp; administration clerk .&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate would need to have good communication skills, be computer literate,  have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have O Level or post-secondary level of education. Candidate must be fluent in both English and Maltese.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Job responbilities:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issuing of job sheets for incoming repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow-up of Work-in progress jobs with technicians.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Closing off of job sheets and invoicing for chargeable repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Informing customers on completion of jobs / repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ordering of spare parts (requested by technicians or customers)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reporting to management of any issues or excessive delays in completion of jobs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
