&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Call Centre Operators&lt;/strong&gt; will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides. We require &lt;strong&gt;Maltese &amp;amp; English&lt;/strong&gt; for this particular section.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Operating hours are Monday to Sunday 24/7, one would work 5 days a week, on a shift basis being morning, afternoon or night. Roster is always issued at least 2 weeks in advance giving you the flexibility to plan your commitments outside work. Ideal candidates will be working on a full-time indefinite basis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Other duties and responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handling incoming calls; with the possibility of handling emails and live chat in the future if the section permits.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What are the right skills for this role?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in &lt;strong&gt;English&lt;/strong&gt; and Maltese (both languages are a must)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good sales and/or customer service skills from previous job experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills – written &amp;amp; spoken in the required language&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Word processing skills be able to type 30 WPM.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
