Step into a high-impact Data Solution Architect role where you’ll shape next-generation data platforms for leading organisations. You’ll operate at the forefront of the Microsoft data ecosystem, leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to architect scalable, secure and intelligent data solutions.

You’ll have genuine ownership from architecture and design through to delivery, influencing major technical decisions and solving complex data challenges across ingestion, transformation, analytics, governance and AI. Working directly with senior client stakeholders, you’ll turn ambitious business requirements into modern data platforms that create measurable business value.

Beyond architecture, you’ll have the opportunity to lead technical teams, mentor emerging talent and influence best practices, while contributing to reusable frameworks, RFP/RFQ responses and innovative solutions. You will:

• Design and own scalable enterprise data architectures across Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric and modern Lakehouse environments, enabling you to solve complex data challenges and drive high-quality solutions.
• Lead architectural delivery and collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to translate business requirements into secure, governed and scalable data platforms.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary data teams, allowing you to drive technical best practices while contributing to innovative Data & AI solutions.

Skills / Experience:

• 12+ years of relevant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions, with strong experience in data architecture and data modelling.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics and Power BI, with Microsoft Fabric being highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Lakehouse architectures, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Medallion Architecture, Data Governance and Metadata Management.

Salary / Remuneration: €72000 - €76000 + attractive benefits
