Delivery Person

At Nestlé, our Drivers play a vital role in ensuring the safe, timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

As a Delivery Person, you will be responsible for transporting Nestlé products safely and efficiently to customer locations. You will be a visible ambassador of Nestlé, ensuring that every delivery meets our high standards for quality, professionalism and service.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. You will be expected to strictly follow all road safety regulations, internal safety policies and quality standards, ensuring the well‑being of yourself, your colleagues, our customers and the communities we serve.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with local traffic laws, Nestlé policies, and health & safety standards
• Deliver products accurately, on time and in full, following assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects, incidents or maintenance needs promptly
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring correct handling and securing of products
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records, including proof of delivery
• Ensure products are transported and delivered in line with Nestlé quality, hygiene and food safety requirements
• Build positive and professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Promptly report safety risks, near misses or incidents and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
• Represent Nestlé’s values through professional behaviour, appearance and customer interaction

What Will Make You Successful

• C or C1 license;
• Possession of CPC is an asset;
• Knowledge about the routes in Malta and Gozo;
• Autonomy and ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Previous experience is an asset
