You will become part of a specialised infrastructure and resilience team of five professionals, including an experienced manager, where collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning are key. The team structure allows you to gain visibility, develop your technical capabilities and learn from experienced colleagues while taking ownership of important operational processes. In this role, you will play an important part in protecting business operations by supporting disaster recovery activities, managing incidents and contributing to operational resilience initiatives. You will gain exposure to troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis and collaborating across different areas of the organisation. With established data governance practices and a strong technology foundation already in place, you will have the opportunity to develop broad technical knowledge and build a strong foundation for future career progression in IT resilience, infrastructure or service management.

You will:

• Manage technology incidents and recovery activities
• Support business continuity initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis investigations
• Coordinate disaster recovery processes

Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years' experience in IT operations, incident management, disaster recovery or infrastructure support roles.
• Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity and troubleshooting methodologies within technology environments.
• Experience with infrastructure concepts, incident management processes and cross-functional collaboration; knowledge of disaster recovery tools and frameworks is advantageous.

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €33,000 + benefits
