&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;POSITION SUMMARY&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an Electrical Technician with a sound technical and academic background in the field and also having a technical qualification in electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Repair existing electrical installation in both single and three phase.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install temporary electrical installations according to IEE Regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install single and three-phase equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lay and terminate armoured XPLE insulated Cables.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Servicing of main incomers and distribution boards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install temporary freshwater installations on construction sites.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make sure that all installations are tested according to IEE Regulations before energizing the circuit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;EDUCATION &amp;amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ideal candidate must possess an A-Level Qualification&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wireman License A is a must, Wireman License B shall be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A valid local driving license B is required and the role entails visiting different sites/locations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ideal candidate must speak and write fluently in English. Fluency in Maltese shall be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The vacancy is on Full Time Basis, working from Monday to Friday. Candidates will be required to also work on Saturdays when needed.&lt;/p&gt;
