Electrician/Plumber

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, general building maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and departmental budgets.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
