What are the roles open?

Business Development Executive - Opens new client relationships, pitches our services, and drives revenue through sales activity – full sales cycle opportunity – backgrounds in BDR, SDR, B2B or B2C sales

Recruitment Consultant - Sources, interviews, and matches candidates to client roles while managing the full hiring process – no previous experience needed.

How do you progress here?

• Through 13 levels of promotion towards director level – you read well – there is no limit for what you can achieve, the structure is transparent and you’ll have clear targets to get them
• Becoming one of our leaders – we build managers from within – you show up, you learn and your results shine throw – then you can teach others how to do the same
• Growing from your performance ONLY – no timelines to earn promotions here – the faster you achieve your targets the quicker you climb the ladder – 3 promotions in one year is realistic – as Karen from our team did.

Salary:
