    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a reputable Investment Firm in Malta, is looking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Finance Manager&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;to grow their team.&amp;nbsp;This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Oversee outsourced accounting provider to ensure timely and accurate monthly management accounts (via XERO), including onboarding new entities and supplying key data (e.g. investment inventory, inter-company loans).
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Review monthly accounts and manage relationships and deliverables with the external accounting team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Project-manage annual audits for Maltese entities to ensure completion within deadlines.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare and maintain internal reconciliations (bank, debtor/creditor, loan amortisation, inter-company loans) and supporting schedules (budget vs actuals, KPI analysis).
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate information flow across teams to ensure timely account production.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise with internal tax manager and external advisors to ensure VAT and income tax compliance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide ad hoc financial data, analysis, and support for cash flow forecasting.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); Maltese warrant not required.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ years&#039; post-qualification experience in commercial finance, ideally within a mid-to-large business or investment-related environment.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of IFRS, Maltese VAT and income tax, and hands-on experience with accounting software.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong communication skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiar with Maltese company law and MBR filings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Native English speaker; international exposure is a plus.
