As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will lead the FP&A function, transforming financial data into meaningful business insights that drive performance. Your expertise in forecasting, revenue analysis and growth metrics will enable the organisation to make informed strategic decisions, while modern analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL and Python will allow you to develop advanced reporting capabilities. This is a role where your ideas will be heard, your recommendations will influence business direction and your contribution will have a measurable impact across the organisation.
You will:
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function
- Deliver forecasting and commercial performance insights
- Develop executive dashboards and financial reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
Skills and Experience
- 5–7 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Corporate Finance, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue analysis and growth performance reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using Power BI, SQL and Python to develop financial models, dashboards and business insights.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial analysis into strategic business recommendations.
Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 - €50,000 + benefits
