Food and Beverage Banqueting Supervisor

We are looking for F&B Supervisor to join our team. Unfortunately, since the job is quite stressful the turnover is quite high and thus replacements are always in demand. Intercontinental Malta has seven restaurants and seven bars, the hotel offers varied local and international cuisine at all times of day, including seaside, indoor and al fresco dining.

What are the key duties that the employee will carry out? 

(1) Ensuring the F&B Department and staff operate efficiently;

(2) Upholding high hygiene standards.

(3) Marketing and promoting products.

Creating weekly work schedules.
