An international organisation in the digital markting industry is recruiting a Head of BI to head up the data department and develop business strategies to meet business goals. As Head of BI, you'll be part of a dynamic, international team dedicated to making an impact in the tech space.

You’ll be involved at a strategic level and have the opportunity to steer the direction of the team while still collaborating hands-on with data analytics, meaning you’ll maintain and grow your technical skillset.

The successful Head of BI & Analytics will have a natural flair for leadership and be comfortable in delegating tasks, ensuring the team is performing and collaborating through sharing knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers 
• Develop business strategies to meet company needs 
• Collaborate on hands-on data analytics tasks 
• Contribute to the growth of the team 

Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading/managing a BI team 
• Strong background in Business Intelligence 
• Expert level in Python 

Salary / Remuneration Package:

The salary depends on experience and is competitive within the market.
