The Head of Marketing leads the Group’s marketing efforts and drives our brands and products forward in a creative manner. This role will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing our marketing strategies, ensuring that they align with each company’s overall strategy, goals and objectives. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-oriented marketing professional eager to significantly impact a growing organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Group’s objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Driving brand development through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.
  • Establishing and overseeing the structure and processes of the marketing department.
  • Developing and managing annual marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions and collaborating with creative teams (including third party companies) to develop engaging content.
  • Monitoring the preparation and quality of all content, including graphic and visual materials as well as producing well-written material.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Ownership of the companies’ branding and marketing strategy.
  • Ownership of the companies’ digital presence such as PPC advertising, Social Media presence and advertising, other digital advertising including YouTube and other streaming services, Search Engine Optimisation, including content strategy, content creation, campaign/post promotion, audience engagement, and analysing and reporting on these initiatives.
  • Ownership of the companies’ customer experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Ownership of the companies’ offline marketing initiatives.
  • Creating and managing PR efforts.
  • Regularly presenting comprehensive analytics, reports, ideas and proposals to the Board of Directors.
  • Organising branding and PR related to company events and functions, as well as participation at third party events.
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure marketing efforts support the company goals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years of experience in a senior marketing function.
  • A Masters Degree in Marketing.
  • Experience in multi-national marketing strategies and also marketing experience within financial services (particularly Fintech) or B2C digital platforms that included extensive digital marketing and engagement initiatives including CDP, zero-party and first-party data collection and automated customer journeys, will be considered a major asset.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop compelling, original campaigns.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output in all creative materials.
  • Excellent content creation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills that measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Familiarity with social media and PPC platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, media contacts, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work towards agreed KPIs and measured outcomes.
