Position Overview
Provide exceptional front-line service while carrying scheduled and unscheduled visits to our esteemed customers. The role involves handling coffee equipment and related products and maintain service standards in line with company requirements. Driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers in assigned locations while delivering and replenish coffee products as required
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationships with all customers.
- Report customer requests, complaints or service issues to Supervisor HORECA
- Loading and transport products with care ensuring stock issued is accurately recorded.
- Monitor product availability and report shortages.
- Clean service areas, and follow waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve minor complaints or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Work flexible hours when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in hospitality, catering, or food service preferred; on-the-job training available.
- Professional working proficiency in English; strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and maintain composure while under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a strong work ethic especially in keeping equipment clean at all times.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage; willingness to obtain relevant certification if required.
- Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
