Compensation Structure: Base + uncapped commission: No lies, you’ll need to put in the work to get your rewards, but if you do it like Bernardo, your success is guaranteed. Realistic total compensation for year 1 around €36000, and on year 2 you can climb this toward €51000 or more. Remember, you determine how fast to get here and there is always room to overachieve.
