The business offers you a highly autonomous environment with minimal micromanagement, giving you ownership of your projects and clients while providing excellent opportunities to develop your expertise within the FinTech and regulatory technology space.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As part of a growing team, you will play a key role in helping banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and other financial institutions implement and optimise regulatory reporting solutions. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. Instead, it combines consultancy, product ownership, implementation, and data analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while remaining hands-on with data and systems.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will become the trusted advisor for your clients, working closely with senior stakeholders including CFOs, Heads of Regulatory, Compliance teams, and business leaders. From understanding regulatory requirements and configuring solutions to delivering training and supporting successful implementations, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analyse client regulatory requirements and configure software solutions accordingly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work directly with financial institutions throughout implementation projects.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power Pivot.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills / Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Regulatory Reporting environments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables and data analysis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;SQL knowledge or experience querying data with strong analytical mindset&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary / Remuneration:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&amp;euro;45,000 &amp;ndash; &amp;euro;55,000 + Hybrid Working + Health Insurance + Mobile Allowance + Expenses + 5% Performance Bonus + Annual Salary Review&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For more information, contact Firmin confidentially on +356 2034 6709&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialise in recruiting for Business Analysis, Product, FinTech, Data, and IT Transformation positions.
