About This Job

At Nestlé, we make more than products — we make a difference.

This is your chance to take your first step into the world of supply chain and see how things really move behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a curious and proactive student who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to how we bring products from supplier to shelf

You’ll be part of our logistics team, supporting the coordination of deliveries and helping ensure everything runs smoothly from arrival to financial processing.

Day to day, you will:

  • Help plan and coordinate delivery schedules with our warehouse teams
  • Support the organisation of unloading activities for incoming shipments
  • Keep track of shipment-related costs and documentation
  • Assist with SAP processes, including purchase orders and invoice matching
  • Contribute to building a clear overview of total landed costs per shipment

What you will learn:

This is more than a student job — it’s a real experience:

  • Understand how inbound logistics works end-to-end (supplier → transport → warehouse → finance)
  • Gain hands-on experience with SAP and operational processes
  • Build strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Develop confidence working in a fast-paced, real business environment

What you will bring:

You don’t need to know everything — what matters most is your mindset:

  • You are currently studying (Supply Chain, Business, Finance or similar)
  • You are organised and enjoy planning and coordinating
  • You pay attention to detail, especially when working with numbers or data
  • You are comfortable working with different people and teams
  • You are proactive, reliable, and take ownership of your work
  • You have basic Excel skills

Duration: Until end of December 2026

Working Hours: 20 hours per week initially. Around 15 hours per week from October

Why join us?

At Nestlé, we believe in giving people early responsibility and real opportunities to grow. You’ll be supported, challenged, and trusted to make an impact — even as a student.

If you are eager to learn and contribute to a leading global company, we encourage you to apply!
