&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a curious and proactive student who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to how we bring products from supplier to shelf&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll be part of our logistics team, supporting the coordination of deliveries and helping ensure everything runs smoothly from arrival to financial processing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day to day, you will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help plan and coordinate delivery schedules with our warehouse teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the organisation of unloading activities for incoming shipments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep track of shipment-related costs and documentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with SAP processes, including purchase orders and invoice matching&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to building a clear overview of total landed costs per shipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will learn:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is more than a student job — it’s a real experience:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understand how inbound logistics works end-to-end (supplier → transport → warehouse → finance)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gain hands-on experience with SAP and operational processes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build strong coordination and stakeholder management skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop confidence working in a fast-paced, real business environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will bring:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You don’t need to know everything — what matters most is your mindset:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are currently studying (Supply Chain, Business, Finance or similar)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are organised and enjoy planning and coordinating&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You pay attention to detail, especially when working with numbers or data&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are comfortable working with different people and teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are proactive, reliable, and take ownership of your work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have basic Excel skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duration:&lt;/strong&gt; Until end of December 2026&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Hours: &lt;/strong&gt;20 hours per week initially. Around 15 hours per week from October&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
