IT Administrator

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Administrator to help manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple retail sites and head office. This role covers everything from Windows server/domain administration to network infrastructure, security, and supporting the wider rollout of new systems and projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and domain infrastructure
• Managing network infrastructure across multiple sites (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN connections)
• Overseeing user account management, permissions, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, licensing, and security settings)
• Supporting and maintaining our POS systems, network-connected hardware, and site infrastructure
• Learning and administering our custom in-house software (full training and handover provided)
• Managing backups, UPS systems, and business continuity measures across sites
• Working on infrastructure projects (e.g., server upgrades, network security improvements, system rollouts)
• Assisting with and contributing to broader IT initiatives across the business as needed
• Escalation point for complex issues raised by First Line Support
• Liaising with external vendors and service providers as needed
• Documenting systems, configurations, procedures, and processes for internal reference.
