You will collaborate directly with an experienced IT Manager, giving you broad hands-on exposure across IT Infrastructure, networking, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and different technologies. This is far more than a traditional Help Desk position, enabling you to develop your technical expertise beyond day-to-day troubleshooting while contributing to exciting technology projects, including Oracle POS and cloud-based system migrations.

You will:

• Deliver hands-on IT Support and Desktop Support across multiple hotel departments.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware and software issues.
• Support networking infrastructure, TCP/IP connectivity, Wi-Fi and hotel technology systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals, Property Management Systems and guest-facing technology.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, system upgrades and cloud migration projects.
• Collaborate directly with the IT Manager to maintain reliable IT operations and resolve technical incidents.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support or Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Previous IT experience, CCNA certification or Maltese language skills would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits: €26,000 – €30,000 + Health Insurance, Meals on Duty, Food Allowance, Hotel Discounts & Accommodation Discounts, on-call schedule.
