This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly established international hospitality group as an IT Support, allowing you to take the next step in your IT Support career while gaining valuable exposure to a diverse and dynamic technology environment.

You will become the main on-site IT point of contact within an international company, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while supporting users across multiple departments. You will gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Desktop Support, networking and IT Infrastructure, enabling you to broaden your technical expertise beyond traditional Help Desk responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT Support professional looking to develop into a well-rounded IT Administrator. You will benefit from the independence to manage your own responsibilities while having the support of an experienced wider IT team, allowing you to strengthen your technical capabilities and build a long-term career within a stable international organisation.

You will:

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support across hotel operations and administrative departments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory and day-to-day IT systems.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networking and general infrastructure issues.
• Support Point of Sale (POS) systems and collaborate with external IT providers.
• Manage technical incidents, escalating complex issues when required.
• Take ownership of on-site IT operations while contributing to infrastructure improvements.

Skills / Experience:

• +2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk or IT Administration.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and general hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, an independent approach and a willingness to develop technical expertise. A driving licence would be advantageous.

Salary & Benefits: €30,000–€40,000 + Health Insurance, Free Meals, Gym Access, Hotel Discounts & Employee Activities.
