In this senior position, you will guide a small pod of 4 Data Engineers, leading the development of data solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The role split is as follows: 50% running projects &amp;amp; stakeholder engagement, 30% data engineering/solution architecture, 20% people management. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The projects the team will work on include the building of a seamless AWS-based data platform, developing efficient pipelines, and advancing real-time data streaming with Kafka, alongside orchestration with Airflow.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record in Data Engineering who is eager to shape the future of a growing team.
