Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Knowledge of electrical systems will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs where required
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report major faults or safety concerns to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance and repairs
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred)
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
