MANAGER

We are looking for a Manager to take responsibility for the overall management and performance of our cocktail bar.

Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
• Lead, manage and motivate the team
• Organise staff schedules and workflow
• Monitor stock, orders and inventory
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation
• Manage costs and support the achievement of business targets
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company, health and safety standards
