Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution and governance of all marketing activity across Bluerock’s Fashion & Accessories portfolio. This role ensures exceptional brand positioning, marketing discipline, customer engagement excellence and strong commercial contribution, while safeguarding the integrity and elevated standards expected of premium and luxury brands. Working closely with international brand partners, retail leadership, creative teams and agencies, the Marketing Manager delivers structured, data-informed and experience-driven marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Define and implement brand and communication strategies across assigned brands, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and Bluerock’s strategic objectives.
- Develop structured annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned to commercial targets and the retail calendar.
- Prepare and present marketing proposals and activity frameworks to brand principals and internal leadership.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of approved marketing initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution, timing and quality.
- Manage brand marketing contributions including negotiations, approvals and reinvoicing processes.
- Maintain full accountability for marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined planning, financial control and value creation.
Digital Media Strategy & Performance
- Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, retargeting and programmatic channels.
- Monitor performance throughout campaign lifecycles, drawing insights and implementing continuous optimisation strategies.
- Strengthen brand visibility, engagement and conversion through structured media planning and performance management.
- Oversee SEO direction in collaboration with partners to support brand awareness and commercial objectives.
Marketing Operations, Governance & Reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, seasonal frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Produce structured monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders and brand teams.
- Deliver comprehensive seasonal and post-campaign performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, supplier invoicing and contribution reconciliation with precision and accountability.
- Represent the division in brand reviews, strategic meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate approvals, asset management and alignment with regional and global brand partners.
Public Relations & Brand Influence
- Support PR and visibility initiatives including influencer collaborations, partnerships and brand ambassador engagement.
- Coordinate press and communication activity in collaboration with PR partners and agencies to elevate brand presence.
CRM, Customer Engagement & Events
- Support the development and execution of loyalty and retention programmes.
- Oversee CRM communications including email marketing and direct digital engagement initiatives.
- Plan and manage brand and in-store activations, ensuring impeccable execution, guest experience excellence and attention to detail.
- Coordinate vendors, production partners and event logistics, followed by structured post-event evaluation.
External Relations & Marketing Administration
- Maintain and manage agency relationships, ensuring clear briefing, accountability and performance.
- Collaborate with key retail partners, including destination malls and retail environments, on joint marketing initiatives.
- Support store teams with marketing-related requests and brand visibility needs.
- Oversee packaging, visual merchandising tools, in-store branding materials and printed assets.
- Coordinate window installations and campaign rollouts in partnership with VM teams.
- Manage supplier sourcing, advertising partnerships and media buying.
- Maintain structured marketing documentation, calendars and SharePoint records.
- Oversee marketing tools, software platforms and operational systems.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail environments.
- Strong experience in paid media strategy, campaign execution and CRM.
- Proven capability in managing international brand relationships and working within structured brand frameworks.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach.
- Highly organised, disciplined and execution-focused, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
