This Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions Consultant opportunity gives you the chance to join a well-established IT consulting firm enabling you to be part of a growing Microsoft practice delivering ERP transformation projects across a diverse client portfolio. You will become part of an organisation of experienced Dynamics NAV and Business Central specialists, allowing you to build expertise while working closely with clients to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, financial visibility, and business growth.

This Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution position combines consultancy, business analysis, solution design, and implementation responsibilities, providing exposure to the full project lifecycle. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, analyse requirements, facilitate workshops, and design Business Central solutions that meet both operational and financial needs.

Working alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers, you will take ownership of key project deliverables, support implementation activities, lead client workshops and training sessions, and play a crucial role in ensuring successful go-live and user adoption. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant looking to further develop their Dynamics expertise while gaining exposure to a variety of industries and business processes.

You will:

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Solid accounting knowledge and/or a background in Finance.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects from an analysis and consultancy perspective.
  
  

Salary / Remuneration: €45K – 55K + relocation support + benefits
