This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Malta's most established enterprise organisations as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, allowing you to take ownership of critical workplace technologies while continuing to develop your Infrastructure career within a stable, long-term environment.

You'll become a key member of a highly collaborative IT team, giving you the opportunity to lead Level 2 Support while gaining broad hands-on exposure across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, endpoint management and enterprise infrastructure. You'll play an important role in improving the end-user experience and driving operational improvements, enabling you to make a genuine impact across the wider organisation.

Far more than a traditional IT Support position, this opportunity will allow you to collaborate closely with experienced Infrastructure and Architecture professionals, giving you exposure to infrastructure projects, workplace security, networking and telephony while continuously expanding your technical expertise.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate Level 2 Support activities, acting as the main escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Own the complete workplace environment, including end-user devices, Microsoft 365, endpoint management and workplace security.
• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and telephony infrastructure.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades, deployments and technical improvement initiatives.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets including deployment, configuration and inventory.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Architecture and Service Desk teams to deliver an outstanding user experience.

Skills / Experience:

• 3+years' experience within IT Support, Systems Administration or Workplace Infrastructure.
• Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of networking including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.
