&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Motor Claims Officer&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team and support customers throughout the motor claims process. This is a varied role where you’ll handle claims from initial notification through to settlement, working with customers and colleagues to ensure each claim is managed efficiently and professionally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Handle and process motor claims, ensuring all required information and documentation is accurately recorded.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Guide customers through the claims process, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of their claim.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Process surveys, bills and other documentation relating to motor claims.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Work closely with colleagues to assess liability and support the fair and efficient settlement of claims.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure claims are handled in line with legal and regulatory requirements, internal procedures and the Company’s customer service standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for someone who:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Has an advanced level of education.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Is responsible, accountable and takes ownership of their work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Has excellent customer service and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Is organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple claims and priorities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Communicates confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience within the local insurance industry and/or knowledge of the automotive sector would be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
