Night Receptionist

As a Night Receptionist at Lure Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient overnight experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests regarding their inquiries, reservations, and any special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the night shift operations of the front desk, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Security Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises by monitoring access and conducting regular checks throughout the night.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the night shift, escalating to management when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 5 star hotels is a must.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and service delivery.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
