Online Sales person

Overview  

We are seeking a motivated online sales professional to drive e‑commerce revenue, manage customer relationships, and optimise digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with hands‑on experience in online platforms and excellent Maltese communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer engagement & service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat and social media; resolve complaints; process orders, returns and refunds while ensuring a positive user experience.

- Order fulfilment coordination: Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing, shipping and stock replenishment.

- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with product, pricing and operations teams to align promotions, product launches and merchandising.

- Continuous improvement: Identify process efficiencies, suggest improvements to UX and checkout flows, and stay current with e‑commerce trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Proven mid‑senior level experience in online sales, e‑commerce management or digital retail (2–5+ years preferred).

- Language: Native Maltese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication; strong English proficiency.

- Customer‑centric: Strong customer service orientation with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

- Sales aptitude: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets and running successful promotions.

- Organisation & multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with excellent time management.

- Teamwork & initiative: Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work onsite with cross‑functional teams.
