Who We’re Looking For:

• Ideal Backgrounds: Sales, Customer service, hospitality sales, luxury retail, event management, or any high-touch client-facing role. If you know how to build rapport and communicate, we can teach you recruitment.
• For BD Executive Roles: Minimum 1 year of experience in service sales, B2B, or phone-based B2C outbound sales.
• Core Requirements: Fluent English, high energy, resilience, and a drive to build a long-term international career. EU passport is necessary to move.

Year 1: €36,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission) Year 2: €51,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission) Top performers earn well above these figures.
