Role Overview
The Operations Assistant will support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role will involve assisting with basic operational coordination, record keeping, general administrative support and ensuring effective communication across departments.

- Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Requirements & Competencies
- Fluency in Maltese and English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle enquiries efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
