We are looking for a dynamic and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced outsourcing environment, involving the coordination of employees, regular communication with clients, staffing requirements and the day-to-day resolution of operational matters.
The successful candidate must be people-oriented, customer-focused and confident in dealing with both employees and clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in at least one of the following areas: Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Manufacturing / Factory Operations
- Strong customer care skills with the confidence to meet and communicate directly with clients
- Ability to coordinate employees and work effectively with both junior and senior team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative when operational issues arise
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Comfortable working with reports, data and digital systems
- Valid driving licence
- Professional, proactive, responsible and flexible approach to work
Flexibility is essential. Operations is not strictly a Monday-to-Friday function. Although the position follows an established working schedule, the nature of the role may occasionally require responding to urgent operational matters, calls or emergencies outside normal working hours, including weekends.
