Operations & Data Officer

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations & Data Officer to support our operations team with reporting, employee data, timesheets, system updates and day-to-day administrative tasks.

This is a role suited to someone who is confident using Excel, enjoys working with data and wants to develop within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

•⁠ ⁠Prepare additional reports based on management requirements

•⁠ ⁠Keep internal systems updated with accurate employee allocations

•⁠ ⁠Create and manage monthly timesheets using Excel

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain Excel reports using formulas, pivot tables and data analysis

•⁠ ⁠Regularly check data, identify errors and ensure information is accurate

•⁠ ⁠Handle documentation, data entry and record-keeping

•⁠ ⁠Support the daily operations of different departments

•⁠ ⁠Assist with automation and improvements to reduce manual work

•⁠ ⁠Review existing processes and highlight areas for improvement

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with HR, Operations and external partners to follow up on tasks and deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Provide general administrative support to the Operations team

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and working with large files

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of macros would be considered an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•⁠ ⁠Good organisational and time-management skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work with different departments and manage multiple priorities

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Good command of English

Nice to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience using HR or payroll systems such as Indigo/Shireburn

•⁠ ⁠Experience within staffing, hospitality, manufacturing or a similar operational environment

•⁠ ⁠Qualification in Business, IT, Administration or a related field
