Operations Executive (Hospitality) – Malta

We are a growing short-let (Airbnb) company managing a portfolio of high-end apartments across Malta. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth guest experience.

This is a full-time role with a structured schedule including weekends.

Role Overview

You will be working closely with the Operations Lead, handling on-the-ground operations, inspections, and coordination with external teams (cleaning, maintenance, suppliers).

This is a practical, fast-paced role — not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections after cleaning to ensure high standards
• Monitor and restock guest supplies across apartments
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance issues
• Ensure all apartments are ready for guest check-ins
• Handle urgent on-site issues when required
• Assist with operational logistics across multiple properties
• Report issues clearly and keep track of tasks

Requirements

• Highly reliable and organized
• Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Driving licence (required)
• Based in Malta

Working Schedule

• 4 or 5 days per week (to be agreed)
• Must include Saturday and Sunday
• 2 days off during the week
