Operations Manager

Job Description

Cutrico Ltd, an established HVAC and mechanical services company, is seeking an experienced and practical Operations Manager to lead and coordinate its operational departments.

Salary € 70,000 to € 80,000 + performance bonus

Main Responsibilities

• Operational planning and coordination.

• Labour allocation and resource scheduling.

• Monitoring productivity and operational performance.

• Coordinating installation, service, maintenance, stores and logistics.

• Chairing operational meetings.

• Monitoring operational KPIs.

• Resolving delays, resource conflicts and customer issues.

• Improving communication and accountability between departments.

• Driving continuous improvement.

• Improving labour utilisation, stock control and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have experience in operations, project management, engineering, HVAC, building services, facilities management, logistics or another technical field.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience managing multiple departments, teams or operational functions.

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, engineering, facilities management, technical services or a related industry.

• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

• Experience allocating labour and operational resources.

• An understanding of field-service or project-based operations.

• Good leadership, decision-making & problem-solving abilities.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity, costs and margins.

• The ability to analyse operational information and KPIs.

• Good competence in Microsoft Office and operational-management systems.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• A valid driving licence.

A technical or management qualification will be considered an advantage but may not be essential where the candidate has strong and relevant practical experience.
